The Vack stone has stood in the forest near Kaltenwestheim since 1723, reminiscent of a tragic event.

July 1, 2022,Noah's Segel, Gedenkstätte "Vackenstein"
Yesterday 32 degrees and today 12 degrees. Again and again showers and since it went over unmown meadows I was wet to the stomach.
Nevertheless, I still enjoyed the last day of vacation. Tomorrow we're going home and a varied vacation comes to an end.

Another lovely hike. We started at the Rhön Arche (Arche Rhön), then continued leisurely through the forest and up the nature trail to Noah's Sail. For €2, you can climb the 89 steps and enjoy the fantastic view. If you like, you can take the slide down.

Many thanks to @Lilly and @Petrus for today's tour suggestion. I also only changed very little 🫣. The highlight of this tour came relatively early, "Noah's Sail", the remaining kilometers were then accompanied by a lot of countryside, whoever is looking for peace and lots of green is in the right place here. Our conclusion, "The Rhön is beautiful!"
