Pleasant loop along the Main where it is pleasantly busy around this time. There are several Summer Festival activities these weeks. In front of the ECB there is a nice restaurant (`Oosten') with a great terrace where we had a nice lunch.

We regularly take exactly this walk for Ilka's birthday.
The light was good until midday and then it clouded over.
We weren't allowed into the small market hall with Eddie.
Instead we had delicious pasta in an Italian restaurant on Cathedral Square.
Dessert then followed in the Liebighaus café.
