Flu-like infection. First symptoms on Wednesday. General feeling of illness dominates, accompanied by a noticeable loss of fitness.
Cough and runny nose persist. Symptoms expected to end on Wednesday or Thursday. Half marathon on Sunday is therefore unfortunately destructive and unreasonable for the cardiovascular system.
