The older stone tower was completed in 1905, this tower is public and can be climbed with 120 steps to the viewing platform, super great view🔝.
The concrete tower was built in 1987 by the army and had a control function during the „Cold War“, probably why it is not public.
In any case, a great mountain and there are many many ways to get lost.
