It is a simply spectacular restaurant. The owner of Mulino de Bairo recommended it to me when I went up to Colle del Nivolet for the first time with my wife. The menu is local alpine dishes. There is game meat, mountain cheeses and other delicacies. When I returned for the second time, I didn't hesitate to stop with my friends for lunch. It was late and they had no qualms about feeding us. We were super grateful.
I hope the restaurant remains open... because I will return with my wife... and my children.
