My Jura loop today begins in Eining and therefore directly with the cultural highlight of the tour, the Roman fort Abusina.

The fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and impressed me with its size and the many exposed remains of walls. This alone was worth the trip and I could have reveled in Roman history for even longer...
