An excellent afternoon tour of the Monferrato area near Asti, heading towards the Monferrato area near Alessandria. The first part saw me circling around it, then passing directly through Montemagno (a truly beautiful village), while the second focused on the evergreens of Perrona-Tonco-Frinco before returning with the cool of sunset from the Valmaggiore road.
