Castello di Verrès

Highlight • Castle

It stands out in the middle of the valley, it can be seen very well from the state road that climbs up on the left side

Arlaz Waterfall

Highlight • Waterfall

Beautiful waterfall if only there had been water… when I went it was completely dry as they had closed the channel

Col d'Arlaz

Highlight • Mountain Pass

The Col d'Araz is located between Montjovet and Challand-Saint-Victor and offers a beautiful view of the central valley and the mountains.
The climb on both sides has some sections with challenging slopes, but the beautiful views repay every effort.

Nice route through the pasture and the wood. Slight descent from Col d'Arlaz.
Watch the irrigation that might create a lot of mud on the path.

Chajandart – Art in Nature

Highlight • Structure

If you pass, the detour must be made, I wouldn't go there on purpose, it's an art far from my capabilities.

Lake Ville

Highlight • Lake

Beautiful lake but, what makes it even more unique is the parking 🅿️ right next to the lake for the disabled and the walkway for the wheelchair that takes you right above the lake… show

NOT A PARTICULARLY CHALLENGING TOUR BUT VERY BEAUTIFUL FROM THE LANDSCAPE SIDE YOU WILL ENCOUNTER SEVERAL BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES, THE ROMAN BRIDGES AND THE WATERFALL ARE BEAUTIFUL. TO CROSS IT YOU WOULD NEED A RAINPROOF

Nice loop, partly already done in the past. Arlaz waterfall impetuous, shower guaranteed. It runs alongside the Ru d'Arlaz for a stretch, also with a large flow. Kodama Garden, to understand the art, perhaps interesting, it will be for the next life...
Unfortunately the last part of the descent is almost impassable, the rains have moved and dug the bottom …
