The tour always leads south along the Mediterranean Sea and back. The through roads where it is better to use the road are a bit strenuous. Especially in the season, there are so many pedestrians on the cycle paths that it is only partially fun. So calmly use the streets. These are usually limited to 30 km/h anyway.
