At this old quarry located in this Marble valley, we still find beautiful abandoned blocks. The views of the red and white cliffs contribute to the charm of this valley in the commune of Tholonet. You can decide to have a picnic here. The cut rocks have the shape of a bench and you also find shade. The Tholonet marble quarries were used to beautify many Aix houses.

Also nicknamed "lost lake", this dam on the Cause is ideally located at the gates of the city of Aix-en-Provence. It is supplied with water mainly by an artificial underground pipe bringing water from the Verdon via the Canal de Provence and not by the river which is often dry.
