This forest path is a nice link from the Château du Hohlandsbourg to the Col du Wilsbach or vice versa. Highly recommended!

Be careful doing 2nd downhill, it's enduro style, a few jumps don't have chicken line and can't be rolled over, but for all other it's real fun.
Komoot says the first descent is S3, there is a gap and a few jumps, everything can be avoided or rolled around, I would say S2 maximum. Second descent has lots of hairpin bends and all of them are great for practicing, depending on your taste, enduro style, rolling through slowly, or practicing turning.
