A varied and diverse hike down to the gorge. The gorge is very impressive. From the gorge, it's about an hour to the jeep transfer. This alone is an extraordinary experience and adventure. From the base camp, we return to the pass in a VW bus. Since it wasn't very crowded, we were able to ride in pairs.

We decided on the spur of the moment, because the weather was good, not too hot and no rain, that we wanted to go to the Gorropu Gorge today. I chose a tour from Komoot, our starting point is at the Passo Genna Silana (Silana Pass) at about 1000 m above sea level (free parking directly on the SS 125). …

Impressive gorge, but you should already be able to walk well. Return transport by jeep exciting but recommendable.

Beautiful hike to the impressive Canyon Gorroppu. Return with a somewhat adventurous jeep ride/shuttle (18 euros per person).

We started at the Senna Solana pass. From there we went to the entrance of the Gorropu gorge, mostly downhill. Entry costs 6 euros. In the gorge you first follow a green route. Then you continue on yellow. We skipped the red part because it requires more climbing skills. We went back the same way to the entrance. We took …
