Departing from Acqualoreto, we descended to Lake Corbara along the Tiber River. We visited the lake shores and then made a challenging climb to Civitella del Lago (formerly Civitella dei Pazzi). This is a beautiful village with a view of the valley, reaching Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, and Montefiascone. We then headed to Baschi, where after lunch we encountered two …
