A bike tour that I had imagined would be better. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. Lots of diversions. Routes closed. But not even because of that. I didn't think the route was particularly special... to drive there specifically.

Very scenic tour, unfortunately construction work was going on on the Danube dike, the diversion signs are only partially helpful. We did the tour with a bike trailer, all paths are wide enough. The children's playground on the Danube in Deggendorf is a good place to start and end, there is a large multi-storey car park (Parkgarage Deichgarten)
