February 9, 2025,Gössenheim - Ruine Homburg

A lovely, somewhat long hike to the Homburg ruins. A curious discovery of an animal skull and lots of empty snail shells were other highlights in addition to the ruins. The ruins themselves are really worth seeing and are a large complex. There used to be a mighty castle here, as it seems from the remains.
