October 22, 2023,Wolfsschlucht – Rauchiger Fels Runde von Seeburg
We started in Seeburg am Schlössle steeply uphill over the Seeburgersteig to the Alb plateau to Wittlingen. Down through the very beautiful and wild Wolfsschlucht, before going steeply uphill again, past beautiful wall paintings, up to the Schillerhöhle, which is supposedly freely accessible for about 250m! Absolutely recommended... After this highlight we continued up to the Hohen Wittlingen ruins with …

Take good shoes and a flashlight for the Schiller cave. Parking in Seeburg at the start.

A really nice hike, the fog today made the tour really mystical. Our little fire at the foot of the castle ruins was great, just "fry" a few marshmallows. The castle ruins are currently closed for renovation work.

Today I hiked a tour that I saw this week from a Komoot colleague.
Tour was super nice 😍
A bit drier would have been good. But there was water to clean your shoes

A wonderful weekend of hiking
🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️and 🐕🐕🐕 ended today.

The highlight of the hike was the little sleeping fox cub and the wolf gorge.
Greetings also to the Komootlerin Daggi. Also to the two Komootlers from Stuttgart, two really funny encounters.

I wanted to introduce my best friend slowly but surely to hiking. Actually wanted to do a mountain tour. Then it suddenly occurred to her that she actually has an incredible fear of heights 😅
So it's better not a mountain but a cave 😜 there is nowhere better than on the Alb😀
Unfortunately, the ruin is currently closed for …

Everything was just right there. Great paths, a gorge, a cave, a ruin, beautiful rocks and the weather was really friendly too! Now slowly more green ☺️, the soul will be a little happier.
Komoot briefly became a bit independent today, for whatever reason. Very nice tour, absolutely recommended!
