The departure is from the provincial road of Lacona, at the junction for the Margidore beach and a bar-restaurant. Follow a paved road indicating the Capo di Stella hotel. After a few tens of meters the track climbs slightly to wide turns and on a wide and unpaved road, where only modest vehicular traffic is encountered in the summer. Leave us behind the hotel just mentioned, you come to a gate: for pedestrians access is free, some difficulty will be to pass the bike, while facing the route by other means (unfortunately also on horseback) will be impossible. In fact the road is private, and transit is allowed only to hikers. After a few meters the gate continues on the road until you arrive near a fork in the road. The road on the right goes down on the western side of the promontory, but it is private and barred. We take the one in the center, marked, to reach the top of the head. We find ourselves pedaling on a wide path with a good bottom, up and down, always immersed in a low spot, interspersed with sparse groups of domestic pines. It will not take a few minutes to reach the most extreme point of the peninsula
