November 9, 2024,Faulunger Kluft – Faulunger Stein Runde von Struth

Today we set off towards the sun for a wonderful tour to the nearby Eichsfeld. It was a leisurely walk from Struth to the Faulunger circular trail with wonderful views. There was only one significant climb. The paths are well signposted.
Leaves rustle with every step, very romantic.

Faulunger Schranne was my highlight, beautiful place to stay with a view of Lengenfeld unterm Stein
The second highlight is the Klosterschranne

And fresh wild garlic everywhere with lush green lilies of the valley in between, so be careful when collecting wild garlic😃
