Beautiful and highly recommended.
Be careful along the way , as the weather can cause the rock faces to constantly change and break off .

The entire path along the cliffs is very beautiful - of course, you could create a highlight every 10 meters and call it a "beautiful path," but what's the point?

Particularly attractive in the late afternoon, because of the sun from behind.

The cliffs are changed in appearance every year by the sometimes severe storms on the Baltic Sea coast. Sometimes even the unpaved hiking or cycling paths disappear due to the strong sea.

May 3, 2024,Vom Schönhagener Schloss zum Strand und rechts rum. 🥾
On the first day of my rehab I went on an exploration tour of the Schönhagen cliffs. Very impressive, and a beautiful nature reserve all around. 🥾

Comfortable tour along the cliffs with the opportunity to stop for refreshments at the end.

At the level of the Baltic Sea along the steep coast, about 2 kilometers, it was exhausting but great.

Showing Translation

Short round from the Schönhagen hiking car park at the entrance to the town via Schwansener See, the ingenious cliffs and back via the former castle (today Vamed rehabilitation clinic). Currently partly relatively muddy on the cliffs but everything is possible.

Showing Translation

Due to the storm surge in October, some of the paths on the cliffs were completely broken away, so we could only continue across fields. The sea has taken over a lot of land.

Showing Translation

Away from the waterfront, the roads were mostly paved.
(However, there was no traffic outside of the village).

A narrow trail along the …

First walked around the bottom along the beach and then up and back along the edge. This hike is not possible by bike and also not with Thule, but very well with the Kraxe 🤗. You …
