Fairy Glen

Highlight • Gorge

The Fairy Glen is a picturesque, secluded gorge not far from the popular village of Betws-y-Coed. It is named for the mythical sprites that are said to live there and is one of several UK beauty spots that share this title.

The site is looked after by local people and there is an honesty box near the entrance gate, which suggests a small donation.

Fairy Falls

Highlight • Natural Monument

We took the route from the actual waterfall, there is a very lovely walking path starting from behind the farm and farmland, the path is visible from the drive in road where you can park the car. Very peaceful and beautiful place : waterfall and a small canyon.

Conwy Falls

Highlight • Natural Monument

Short but beautiful and more than worth a visit. Great place for food at entrance and a lovely gushing falls walk. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the falls. We visited in July and the flow was impressive and definitely one to tick off the list for any waterfall chasers

Conwy Falls Cafe

Highlight • Cafe

A short drive from the village of Penmachno and the trails that take the same name, the Conwy Falls Cafe comes highly recommended for both a pre-ride brekkie or post-ride refuel.

Lovely coffee, great selection of cakes and a delicious Welsh Rarebit.
