One of the most beautiful hikes we have done. During the whole climb, the landscapes and the views are magnificent. And as soon as we arrive at the top the view of the 2 lakes is breathtaking. We found a quiet little corner at the bottom to the left of the lake (compared to the refuge) to have a picnic. …

Done mid October, very good season to do this hike. A soft sun, magnificent lights to admire its fantastic landscapes. Too late for raspberries and blueberries, not for mushrooms.
