The Ślesin Canal, also known as the Warta–Gopło Canal, is a 32 km long waterway connecting the Warta River with Lake Gopło. It is the initial section of the Warta – Bydgoszcz Canal inland waterway. According to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 2002 on the classification of inland waterways, it was classified as a Class II waterway, meaning it is accessible to 500-ton barges. In its upper part, at the village of Koszewo, it connects with the Noteć River.
