What to expect on Creation Falls – Rock Bridge loop from Pine Ridge
This trail immerses you in a tranquil ravine, winding through towering hemlock trees and a dense understory of rhododendron. You'll encounter varied terrain underfoot, from gravel and partially asphalted sections to dirt, with some steep descents aided by carved stone steps. The path can be uneven, rocky, wet, or muddy in places, so sturdy hiking boots are a good idea. The highlight of the journey is undoubtedly the impressive Rock House overhang, followed by the picturesque, multi-tiered Creation Falls, which empties into a clear, blue-green plunge pool.
