Very nice bike path can only be recommended. We parked in Prüm old train station and started from there. Great landscape and well-kept rest areas. The distance is not quite right in the tunnel, no GPS reception 😄

Varied, sometimes in the shade, sometimes in the sun. Passing through a tunnel at Bleialf is very refreshingly cool. Tour is very nice and easy to drive.

The cause of the explosion, which severely damaged the town and killed 12 people, was never determined. The crater, still visible today, is one of the largest man-made. A memorial cross on the Calvary Hill commemorates …

Nice tour on a former railway line on the Eifel-Ardennes cycle path. Nicely paved, well signposted, hardly any inclines. And a beautiful landscape along streams with numerous biotopes, beaver reservoirs, original river/stream landscape. In Pronsfeld, relics and information from the railway past have been lovingly brought together.

Today, on the third day, we started again from St. Vith, on former railway lines to Prüm and back. As on the other days: excellent asphalted cycle paths, quiet, in the countryside, and cycling along many nature reserves. Temperature below 20 degrees, windy. The lovingly designed railway collection in Pronsfeld is worth seeing.

Today we cycled along the Prüm Cycle Path from Prüm to Sankt Vith (Belgium) and back. This railway line is rarely used, as it's located away from urban areas. There are plenty of parking spaces in Prüm itself. There are few places to stop for refreshments along the route, so remember to bring plenty of water! You can't hear any …
