Beautiful hike on the northern tip of Texel from the car park at the lighthouse across the beach to the Vlieland ferry dock and back past the campsite and the bird sanctuary.
Compared to the southern tip of Texel, the beach here is even more usable and you don't have to worry about a military restricted area.

Arrived in Texel after a 2.5-hour ferry traffic jam. 🙁 We were probably unlucky with the holiday today. But now we're here and excited to see how we like the island over the next few days. Have a lovely Easter weekend everyone. 🐇 and have fun hunting for eggs. 🪺
