The track from Aicha to Spinges is not recommended, you have to push your bike up a partly blocked path for about 150 meters. The normal road was asphalted today. Otherwise a great circuit, about 10 minutes of pushing downhill from the Vallerjöchl and then it's back to a normal forest road. You can park easily at Franzensfeste train station.
