Overall a really nice ride. Bled towards Jesenice is on smaller streets, a few ups and downs, and beautiful valleys. Getting through Jesenice is not that bike friendly...lots of traffic and ambiguous cycle lanes. After Jesenice it's all really well maintained cycle routes, and more beautiful scenery. Campsite is a rare, mostly natural camp with wood-built facilities.

From Kranjska Gora, we followed the D-2 cycle path to Jesenice. From there, the route continued on busy roads. This section was manageable, but not as scenic. From Bled, there are cycle paths again.
