The Camel Trail is 17 miles (27 km) long and runs from Padstow to Wenford Bridge. An old railway line, it is level and firm and largely either downhill or flat if you start in Padstow. Although there are some undulations, it is ideal for families or less experienced cyclists.

Look out for peregrine falcons, kingfishers, and even bottlenose dolphins.

There is nothing much else to do at Wenfordbridge, but there is a pottery shop and gallery, though it wasn't open when I was there.
