T.H. Roberts

Highlight • Cafe

T.H. Roberts is a quirky and tasty coffee shop. It serves great filling food, soups, cakes and drinks and there is plenty of room inside.
The only problem is they don't have a bike rack but you can lock your bikes up nearby.
Open 9:00 - 17:30 everyday apart from Sunday when they are closed.

Dolgellau Town Centre

Highlight • Settlement

Dolgellau is a small, charming town on the southern edge of the Snowdonia National Park. Its cityscape is marked by the quarries in the surrounding countryside, which is why you can see here many cosy looking houses made of granite and slate. Otherwise, the small town offers everything a bike packer's heart desires, from restaurants to supermarkets.

Penmaenpool Toll Bridge

Highlight • Bridge

Penmaenpool bridge is a grade 2 listed wooden toll bridge. It was built in 1879 to replace a ferry crossing. It's open between 08.30 & 18.30 Monday to Saturday. Sunday, 10:00 to 18:30. It costs 30p for cyclists &pedestrians. Outside of those hours the gate is closed to stop motor vehicles, but there is a smaller gate for cyclists & pedestrians that remains open 24hrs. So you can still get through anytime. But there is an honesty box for your 30p.
