Albyns Farm Lake

Highlight • Natural

A fishing lake, this little patch of water lies in Ingrebourne Valley Nature Reserve. You can spot plenty of waterfowl here and it's a great spot for a picnic while you're walking in the area. You can walk north through the reserve and through Hornchurch Country Park.

The London LOOP walk goes right past.

Keep an eye out for the track all around the park. I was never one for cycling bike tracks but found it a lot of fun with my daughter
