The Stockstadt-Erfelder Altrhein is a 16.4 kilometer long arm of the Old Rhine on the right bank of the Rhine in the Hessian Ried, which branches off from the main stream below Biebesheim and joins it again 5.2 kilometers further north above Oppenheim, after having previously followed a 5.9 kilometers North-east sweeping loop passed the eponymous locations Stockstadt am Rhein and Erfelden.
