This morning there was still some time (until the smaller occupant of the house woke up) for a short, quick lap to wake up. The "Lustheide" tour from Bündnis Heideterasse starts in the middle of the forest, so you have to look for a hiking car park with access yourself. I chose the hiking car park in Cologne-Brück.
