Today we headed to Geiranger. Even though this is about the tour we did, I have to briefly mention that this was the most beautiful fjord in Norway so far. Light rain in the morning, and around 6 p.m., fantastic weather. The trip is worth it.

The starting point is the boat dock. First, climb the steps along the roaring water to the Norsk Fjordsenter (Norwegian Fjord Center), then continue uphill on marked trails to the mountain hut. The return route leads partly across beautiful meadows back to the center.
