Malá Skála and Pantheon Castle

This place, as always, passed from hand to hand. The first mention of this place dates back to 1422, but its southern part was founded as an independent village of Vranové already at the end of the 14th century. I will omit some details about who and how long this land belonged to. These details are not very interesting in my opinion, they are quickly forgotten and can be found on Wikipedia.
The more interesting part of this story begins in 1802. Then this estate was bought by the textile industrialist Franz Zacharias Remis, who turned the entire area into a unique natural park and built a monument to all the heroes on the ruins of an old castle, a pantheon dominated by a neo-Gothic summer house in 1826. The rock sculptures were created by the sculptor Frantisek Petrich. However, Franz Zacharia Remisch went down in the history of Malá Skála not only as the romantic builder of the pantheon, but also as the enlightened founder of schools and foundations. This can be said and is the historical dawn of this place.

But the views around the Pantheon are much more interesting. They are simply stunningly beautiful. If you are in this place, be sure not to be too lazy to go around it (along the tourist paths) and look at it from different angles.
