Today we started our short vacation in Thuringia and hiked the first round in somewhat mixed weather. From the observation tower we had a great panoramic view of the Thuringian Forest.

Pure idyll today at the beautiful ponds and great view from the summit cross in the front hood ☺️. I can recommend the round except for the descent from the front hood down 🙈. There was somehow no real path recognizable and I went down hill and dale 😄.
