Fantastic ride from Thorton Gap. Easy parking and good facilities; the climb starts immediately and is 4.5 miles long. Places to pull over the enjoy the beautiful scenery - take advantage! Skylands is at the high point on the Skyline drive; has a restuarant, restrooms, and cabins - a nice break. Highly recommended but requires good fitness and bike handling …
