Despite the heat, I dared to do the tour. However, I skipped the loop around Schmalen Luzin, partly because of the many climbs. I didn't find it unpleasant to cycle the same route there and back, as it went through beautiful scenery. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants in Carwitz and Feldberg.
