Today I went on a stamp hunt. The Habichtswald Nature Park has started the great Mittelgebirgsstürmer campaign: naturpark-habichtswald.de/mittelgebirgsstuermer
On this wonderful tour you can enjoy wonderful views from the Bilstein and the Hessenturm and get hold of 2 out of 10 stamps 😊!

A lovely hike over the Bilstein to the Hessenturm (Hessian Tower), where coffee and cake, bratwurst, and delicious drinks are served on Sundays and public holidays.

Today was our last hike in the Habichtswald for the time being.
The climb to the Niedensteiner Kopf (Hessenturm) was pretty tough at first.
At and on the Hessenturm we had a very nice view of the surrounding area, including the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park.
