When I reached the road construction site at the new roundabout on Wuppertaler Straße in Niedersprockhövel, which had been going on for years, I couldn't go any further: the cycle path was over! Summary of a challenging and varied bike tour:

I started by taking the Glück-Auf route from Hattingen up to Schee. Then I crossed the Felderbachtal valley, a nice downhill stretch with only a short stretch on the country road.

I followed the Felderbachtal valley along the Kressiepener Weg. Finally, I left the asphalt behind and entered the forest.

Bike tour with friends and therefore not many photos of a very nice ride, unless you're a flat biker. We were able to get through the heavy downpour🌧🌧 in between with a stop for refreshments and stay relatively dry. Then the sun came out. 🌞

The tour into the weekend of the local group Hattingen on June 2nd led over the Glückauftrasse to Fahrentrappe and Felderbachstraße, kidney court and school mountain road. Participants were Christian, Ilse, Meinolf, Rüdiger and Walli as well as tour guide Peter. Biobiker Christian mastered the driving trape with ease. Stop at the Wünnerhof.

From there we cycled through Elfringhauser Schweiz, constantly uphill and downhill to Schee on the quiet country road. From Schee I cycled the Glückauftrasse for the first …
