The Neustadt Dam (also called the Neustädter or Nordhäuser Dam) in the Harz Mountains is a reservoir near Neustadt in the Nordhausen district of Thuringia, built between 1904 and 1905. It consists of a dam, a reservoir, and a hydroelectric power plant.

The dam supplies drinking water to Nordhausen and Neustadt[3]; the water is delivered to the Nordhausen Water Association. It has the oldest dam in Thuringia.
