Due to an acute lack of flour, we decided to visit the mill in Hollern Twielenfleth followed by a bike tour to the Lühe pier on the Elbe Cycle Path. The weather could have been a little better, but a nice ride along the Elbe and past many fruit plantations, some of which were already in bloom
