Route: Flat, mostly dirt road, didn't run on the small peninsula. Don't scare the birds etc.!!!🐦 Only ran a couple of sprints. Now I just have to work on my endurance, much better with 10 kg less, only 101 kg, now the next 10 kg is coming (but slowly).
