The fountain is on the left on the path from the car park to the Luisenburg Festival. It was built when the first restaurant was built on the Luisenburg. For decades, the innkeeper fetched water for his restaurant from there. The Festival Theater is located on the slopes of the Fichtelgebirge in the middle of the Luisenburg nature reserve near Wunsiedel, right at the entrance to the largest European rock labyrinth.
