Yesterday we were in Altenboitzen, a pretty little town with old farms under tall oak trees. We hiked through the wide, green Böhmetal to the water mill in Neumühlen. This was actually first mentioned in the 14th century. There is a workshop by the river in a 200-year-old farmhouse, Gela Kraft opens the doors here every Wednesday afternoon from 2-6pm …
