From the Grandsberg car park up to the Schopf summit 925m. Along the cultural-historical Mühlgraben stream to the Hirschenstein summit with its observation tower 1095m. Today, I accidentally became a hiking guide. The four of us (Dieter and Christina from Rhineland-Palatinate, Elisabeth, and I) had a lot of fun outdoors. I hope the Mühlgrabenweg and Hirschenstein were the highlights of the vacation for the two Rhinelanders. Exceptional: we were completely alone on the observation tower for a good hour in perfect hiking weather.
