June 20, 2025,Stade nach Krautsand
There are no mountains here, at most a headwind. The trip from Stade to Krautheim was mostly on the road behind the pond. It was a pleasant ride because there were hardly any cars. I found the lifeboat factory interesting. It has a test and training facility right on the Elbe River.

The cycle path ran in front of, on and behind the dike. The route was 80 to 90% car-free! With the exception of the dike, all paths were asphalted.
