The ascent to a cloud-covered Benediktenwand ☁️⛰️ was really a beautiful backdrop. During the descent, the sky cleared up 🌞 and we went along the mountain stream towards Jachenau with really impressive views. The valley wasn't actually on the original plan, but it was worth taking it with you and extending the tour by 5km. 😊

The Glasbach waterfalls can also be visited via a short hike from Jachenau. The tour can be made a bit longer from the Petern hiking car park. If that's not enough for you, simply continue hiking from the Glasbach waterfalls and find wonderfully secluded, beautiful paths.
