Today we decided to drive a little further south and visit the town of Sokolov / Falkenau an der Eger.

A short tour of the town, a loop around the beautiful castle, and then on toward Medard Lake.
There we walked along the shore and continued along the Ohre / Eger River back to the parking lot.
