At the top of the mountain, the 7m high statue of Christ stands proudly on a 37m high tower. It was donated by a wealthy Mallorcan and was inaugurated in 1934.
The spacious car park offers plenty of parking.

Historic Streets of Petra

Highlight • Historical Site

So many beautiful back streets that are worth meandering around! I much prefer the feel of Petra and smaller places to the larger towns!

Long Straight Roads Near Petra

Highlight • Cycleway

Moderate traffic but great views of the surrounding countryside. Definitely plan the Orange Valley as a driveway, then the corrugated iron is doubly worthwhile.

Layered Rock Passage on the Wellblech Road

Highlight • Natural Monument

Here you can take particularly beautiful photos on a beautiful and rugged rock passage! With a bit of luck, beautiful red poppies will also bloom there...

Hello folks,
4th day... 4th tour with Steffen, Sebastian and the sweet 🐭.
A ride on the cannonball 💣. Actually, my 🐭 wanted to take a rest day today, but we managed to convince her to pedal along. Really strong of you... 🥰💪.

An eventful tour on the beautiful island of Mallorca. Most people only think of Ballermann when they think of Mallorca 🍻 🎼
But there are so many beautiful things to see here.
Simply wonderful 🚵‍♀️

The way there is not so great: busy road, poor surface. But the San Salvador is fun and you literally fly back over Petra

Showing Translation

It's a very direct route and normally on a main road so avoid if you're looking for back road pretty routes. Not many cafe options also
And another monastery, which of course is also on top of the mountain. Sweaty but the view is phenomenal. And we're not (just) here for fun. 😝

Hello rockets, off to Sant Salvador! The road up the mountain is great and offers great views of the countryside, especially at the top...who would have thought???? Petra is on the way. A coffee stop is almost obligatory here. I drove back via Manacor. Hmmm...top tip: drive around. Didn't find the city particularly beautiful, but maybe I had the wrong …
