The water stinks horribly of manure or chemicals. As mentioned, there is a warning at the entrance of the valley: do not walk here!!! It is disgusting!!!

Really recommend this restaurant. We stopped for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy (good sign) and the waiter took time with us to explain the local dishes.
Catered for veggie. We had the potato stew and bean pate.

Beautiful hike through a valley near St. Brigida, where you feel like you are in a huge botanical garden thanks to the diverse vegetation. Pleasant even in the sun, as there are some shady passages. Moderate ascents and descents.
No places to stop for refreshments.
